Welcome to Sun and Lifted. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sunandlifted.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Sun and Lifted ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian business selling illustrated gym accessories, including lifting straps, ankle cuffs, and wrist wraps, via sunandlifted.com.

  • We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour or design due to screen display or manufacturing are possible and do not constitute a fault.

  • By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability).

  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available at checkout.

  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee the order will be fulfilled if an issue arises (e.g. stock error) — in such cases, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
 

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to designs, illustrations, logos, product images, text, and the Sun and Lifted name and branding — is the property of Sun and Lifted and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content or designs for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
 

8. Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sunandlifted.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sun and Lifted is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the ACL or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
